Bevel Gear units, produced in six sizes and four basic designs. Standard ratios of 1:1 up to 4:1 available from stock and output torques of up to 2,400Nm.
These units incorporate high quality case hardened spiral bevel gears which are oil bath lubricated and mounted in a robust cast iron housing.


For the food and beverage, packaging and bottling, chemical and pharmaceutical industries a very high level of hygiene is required. We can offer ZAE's new bevel gear drive produced entirely of stainless steel capable of resisting the effects of cleansing agents and easy to clean with smooth, polished housing surfaces, to prevent the build up of bacteria and dirt. Even the lubricants have been specially designed for use in food/plant applications. Produced in four sizes and two basic designs, standard ratios 1:1 to 4:1 and output torques of up to 600Nm.
