	Amsbeck produce single reduction helical gearboxes for engine driven equipment suitable for powers up to 40kW and ratios of 1.6, 2, 2.5 and 3:1. Case hardened and ground single helical gears are mounted in a lightweight rigidly designed aluminium housing which is also provided with an SAE5 facing suitable for direct mounting onto the driving engine. Couplings and automatic centrifugal clutches can be provided to connect direct to the engine flywheel. The parallel output shaft of the gearbox is keywayed and can be fitted with a suitable flexible coupling for connecting to the driven equipment. This is a standard transmission available from stock.		Fairfield Torque-lock brakes provide stable controlled braking on a wide range of applications including wheel drives, swing drives and track drives. Heavy duty silicon chrome vanadium springs and a long lasting sintered bronze friction material on the multiple disc surface ensures an unforgiving grip. All self contained in a tight seal construction protects the torque-lock against contamination for reduced maintenance and exceptional brake longevity. Designed to suit SAE A,B,C and D bolt on configurations and suitable for torques ranging from 90 to 1,580Nm, these are spring applied, pressure released brakes with release pressure ranging from 66 to 235psi.
			Lancereal Power Take Off or PTO assemblies are designed to be mounted on standard SAE engine facings and incorporate a centrifugal clutch and flexible coupling for connection to the flywheel. Torque is transmitted through the shaft which is mounted in high quality grease lubricated bearings located in a rigid cast iron housing, in this way the engine is isolated from overhung loads that do result from fitting pulleys or sprockets on the output shaft. The clutch coupling feature of this PTO allow the engine to start under no load automatically and provides torsional damping to the driven equipment ensuring long trouble free life.
