GEARBOX PROTOTYPING

As part of our in-house design and manufacturing expertise, we are able to innovative and transform our customer designs and ideas into reality by engineering a product prototype, which allows our customer to test out their initial concepts prior to the final design and production process of a new or modified product.

We offer our gearbox prototyping services to any customers looking to create either a new product or a modified assembly of an existing power transmission. We produce their individual prototype either from a pre-supplied specification or from our own designs, depending on our scale of involvement in the early development stages.

Having in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, we’re able to offer a full service from design and 3D modeling, right through to prototyping and small batch production. These unique capabilities allow us to provide high quality solutions for a huge range of bespoke prototype requests, ranging from a compact gearbox configuration to a centrifugal clutch modification, required for converting a standard engine into a hybrid drive.
